For two consecutive days, kindergarten and elementary teachers have been fully involved in dynamic discussions, interactive activities to learn how to implement Protect Ed program using different methods. The major themes of this safety program are: Physical Safety, Personal Safety, Healthy Living, Emotional Safety, Ant Bullying/ Ethics, and Internet Safety. We are proud to declare that Protect Ed will be integrated into Almanar Modern School curriculum in kindergarten, cycles 1, 2, and 3 in the academic year 2014-2015. Big thanks to Mrs. Rana Salloum, Kidproof company representative, and to all the teachers who showed excellent efforts and participation. We are looking forward to attaining significant results and impact.

Protect Ed – Children Safety Workshop
Believing in the essence of school self-evaluation and the need to have an accurate picture of the quality of teaching and learning in AMS, continuous professional development has been established. Leaders, coordinators, and teachers meet weekly on Wednesdays for one or two hours to present workshops aimed at improving teachers’ performance and raising standards of student’s achievement.
